Each person is unique and may have differing reasons for being drawn to counselling. Maybe you are experiencing feelings of unhappiness, anger, confusion, trauma or anxiety? Do you ever wonder how it would feel to be accepted by another person for who you are? How would you feel not having to hide parts of yourself, or your experience? How would it feel to tell someone what you are really feeling, to experience being truly heard, whilst being received with an open heart? I can offer this to you within our therapeutic relationship, be it with long or short term work.
I will offer you empathy, unconditional acceptance, warmth, and a genuine non-judgmental relationship.
